I have 40 days now my periods are not come till todayin ultrasound my left ovary show follicle show 2.5×1.7cm .and endometrium show 10mm thicend ...and mild fliud in pod

All findings showing infection of lower genital tract.for follicle don't worry it's very small about endometrial thickening it is more because you are not getting period . After period size will be normal.
