In my hsg report
* Uterine cavity is visualized and appears normal in size, shape and
position.
* No intraluminal filling defect is seen in the uterine cavity.
* Both tubes are visualized and appear normal in calibre.
* No peritoneal spill seen on left side.
* Free peritoneal spill seen on right side.

Ur hsg report shows lt tubal blockage. Rt tube is normal. Consult a gynaecologist for further management. She may try iui with husband seman, when there will be ovulation from Rt overy (can be confirmed by ovulation study), or advise for Diagnostic Laparoscopy.
