Inflamatory lesion
Please find the attached report of back of neck says a small inflamatory lession since observed from last 10 months but no other symptoms in bodies like fever , weight loss , other swelling etc. The existing swelling is painless, not increased. My physician says to do further FANAC to get confirm, but due to COVID situations I am unable to perform FANAC . What is your opinion as per USG is anything wrong? . Regular physical exercise can be continued pls explain? I have also taken antibiotics with antiinflamatory tablets for 15 days .

Good morning, This appears to be small soft tissue lesion over back of neck, not visible properly in the photo. Extremely rare possibility of any serious lesion like cancer. Needs further evaluation. No need to stop exercise routine. Surgical removal can be done for final histopathology diagnosis. Although active infection needs to be ruled out before surgery.
Next Steps
