Read this book but still am not able keep myself attached to real world with my natural strengths .Dipression is normal for me now .i dont have any axis disorder but i dont consider myself to be worthy of this world .am againt communism ,money, potential,inequality,knowledge and some more .

Hi... Even Psychologists/Counsellors require services of others professionals when they fall sick of the illnesses they treat on a daily basis.
Reading psychology books cannot treat you, instead it will create doubts in your mind when you will seek professional help.
