I have had inguinal hernia for years and have been ok training with weights..recently with my new instructor we are pushing limits specially in keg workouts snd the hernia is acting up. I feel sore..should I a)take some medication orb) ease the workouts snd not push too much or c) your advice as u don't want to be operated
