Inguinal hernia
Pls look at my report in the Attached File pls let me know Is surgery necessary I am getting pain not severe but pain will come after I ride bike that to sometimes Before that I was using trunk type inner wear so for that I was getting heavy pain after doctor suggestion I changes to V - Shape innerwear so feeling good now But based on report radiologist told no surgery is necessary right now only tiny problem is there like that he told so what should I do now Pls pls need suggestion

INGUINAL hernia can be managed conservatively as of now as the defect is very small...But the pain u have s bcos of varicocele and do u have any ulcers or wound over your left lower limb ?? Tat could be the reason for lymph nodes in ur left inguinal region...If u have pain in the groin u can proceed with surgery laparascopically as t s bilateral...If ur pain s over ur scrotum nothing much to worry as of now...It will subside and avoid sternuous exercise...
