Injecting sperm into the vagina
We're not able to perform intercourse properly so I thought of injecting my semen into my wife's vagina at home by myself.
How effective is this and what's the right process of doing it

The right process is to visit a gynaecologist or a infertility expert to help u out with the process of ivf or iui whatever needed. You yourself injecting the sperm won't do much help as you will be destroying the sperms in the process.
