Apply ice on the site. Calamine lotion will help to soothe the skin.
Syp Allegra 5 ml twice a day to reduce itching.
Mupimet/ T bact oint for local application, 2-3 times / day.

If the pain is worsening, there may be pus formation and infection, this would require oral antibiotics after consultant paediatrician
