I am very disturbed with my personal life.. have lot of thoughts in mind.. no proper sleep.. always mind is running with some different thoughts.. very much stressed out. Need help to overcome this

Excessive thinking leads to disturbed sleep cycle. Though it is important to think things through, it is also important to not do it in excess. It is advisable to consult a professional psychologist to help you overcome this problem. Constant flight of thoughts can be overwhelming and draining. Therapies such as Hypnotherapy can be very helpful to relax the mind and also modify unwanted behaviours and thought patterns. Seek help.
