I think you are stuck in a vicious loop of anxiety and sadness related to sleep and the sleep is evading you more and more and more you get anxious and sad about it.  You need adequate help to get out of this loop. Sleep is important and necessary, but many of us make it so stressful by over focusing on it that good sleep starts evading us. Try to minimize your focus on sleep and take help to start feeling better thru the day. Consult a good clinical psychologist and seek therapeutic help.

Anxiety and Depression are the causes of sleeplessness. Normal sleeping tablets can bring back your sleep  for sometimes but untill you properly treat ur depression and anxiety normal sleep restoration is not possible. For treat your anxiety there is two process. Medical treatment and Psychotherapy treatment. Medical treatment can be achieved by Alopathic mode or Homoeopathic mode. Homoeopathy is safe and free from any side effects. I advised you to Consult with Homoeopathic doctor or me for medical treatment. Also Consult Psychologist or Me for psychotherapy. Psychotherapy and counselling is best method to treat such psychological issues. To resolve any psychological issues you must sorted any stress you have.
Next Steps
You can take this medicines for temporary relief - 1.Kali phos 200X - 5 tablets twice a day dor 1 month 2.Passiflora Q - 30 drops in half cup of water before sleep at night for 2 weeks.
