Insomnia, dizziness, nausea
I've had insomnia for a while now, but it has become increasingly worse. I haven't had more than 3 hours sleep a night in weeks, and I feel as though I'm going mad. I have dizziness that won't go, I keep feeling nauseous and my heart keeps racing. I woke up at 4am this morning to a racing heart that didn't slow down for about 5 hours. I have seen my doctor about my insomnia, even told him about my heart and dizziness and he just disregarded me. I honestly feel as though I'm losing my mind. And I'm sick of my heart racing like it is about to leave my chest. I know this sounds dramatic, but I'm at my whits end now.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Just like him, even I disregard your whole "theory". It just doesn't make sense. You are just having anxiety and panic attacks. You need to see a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
