Tried everything meditation yoga exercise cant sleep peoperly for 3-4 months i remain agitated dont like socializing

This agitation and not wanting to socialize is due to your sleep problem or is it unrelated? There are wonderful medicines available for sleep which are non addictive.  Please consult a Psychiatrist online or in person for detailed assessment and management.

Sleep disturbance is may be secondary to another psychological problem like anxiety or depression. You need to consult a psychiatrist for detail discussion and evaluation of your condition so that underlying cause is identified and accordingly treatment can be suggested. Yoga and meditation helps to certain extent but you won't feel good until underlying problem. All the best
