Hello practo user I can completely understand what you are going through as Sleep plays a very important role in managing other physiological and psychological processes of the body. Thus disturbed sleep for prolonged period of time could be causing mood disturbances and can further lead to frustrations causing anger. However this sleep disturbance and mood disturbances could be due to some stressor currently prevailing which is not letting you have mental peace and thus bringing all these symptoms . Try to consult a clinical psychologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. You can also connect with me through practo app.
Next Steps
Consult a clinical psychologist
Health Tips
Deep breathing exercises, try not take worries to bed, avoid phone usage before bed, exercise regularly
