Insufficient Breast milk
I delivered baby 2 month ago and am giving breast milk and formula milk .now a days she is sleeping for more than 4 hours that time my breast has sufficient milk but during that time baby is not drinking.once she awake completely breast mill is not sufficient that time. Can you advise if i can express milk and keep it. If yes please guide me the details.

Yup u need to express it.it can b kept in freez for 24hrs and don't put in deep freezer .u don't need to boil it before feeding to the baby ,just keep it in the room temperature.it also can b kept in room temperature for 6hrs.

congested and tendor breast s inhibit the secretion and it's painful ..so expressing is a very good option.
