Intake of water
How much water should i take daily...i have pitta kapha prakriti.. i havent got a problem of acidity...my height is 5ft 7inch...wt is 65 how should i take water..plzzz tell me in detail..in technical way if possible

Yes u can 1. You can have 1 l water in mrg if you get in between 5am  to 6 am After 6am to 7am half l And after 1 to 2 glass 2. Water should not be too cold nor too hot

take water infuse with coriander in mrg time regular virechan after 15 day with medicine this will make your dhosa in equilibrium state

Thank you for asking. Your BMI is a bit inclined towards obese division and I suggest you to indulge into regular work-out sessions along with a healthy diet. As far as water is concerned, please consume at least 3-4 litres of water in a day depending on your thirst. Make sure, the intake of water is distributed at regular intervals. As you have mentioned Pitta Kapha Prakriti, please make sure that you're consuming only lukewarm water stored in a copper vessel.
