Intercouse and menstrual. Half month.

Hello doctor, I'm married and age of 25 having two kids...first one is normal delivery and second one is cesarian....one year two months gap between two kids.. From three cycles,Im getting periods before the date(5-7 days early)and I'm having white discharge soon after intercourse no itching and all..from a week..I have the trouble of penis going inside , as I feel some muscle is obstructing in entering..and I do have a lower abdominal pain some times left and some times right side..I have used ecoflora tablets and other antibiotic when I visited the doctor for white discharge and abdominal pain..!!clingen and calshine vaginal tablets..I don't know whom to consult for abdominal pain..I'm having gastric probelm heartburn and irritable bowel syndrome.. back Pain and leg cramps since one and half month ...
