Hi, Currently I'm giving Ferosec-XT iron drops to my 7 months old baby, but here in chennai it is not available. Could you please suggest me the alternative Iron drops and how long we need to use this?

Ferium  or hemsi dps , regarding duration it depends upon deficiency and indication.
