This problem is due to constipation. Secondly this may be a starring of fissure.
Next Steps
remove constipation by laxative syrup named Smuth syrup 20 ml at bed time. secondly avoid fatty and spicy diet and non veg also. eat fibrous diet and vegetables and fruits daily. apply Smuth cream locally thrice daily.

It could be worms as India is a tropical country, we still have many cases of worm infestation. Please take TAB BANDY PLUS 1 tablet tonight after food. This is deworming tablet... If still persist then show it to your doctor or me.
