remove constipation by laxative syrup named Smuth syrup 20 ml at bed time.
secondly avoid fatty and spicy diet and non veg also.
eat fibrous diet and vegetables and fruits daily.
apply Smuth cream locally thrice daily.

I would advise you to visit the general surgeon so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as stool analysis, etc. to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly.
