Irregular bowel, a dull abdominal pain
I noticed that the abdominal area is big like inflamed associated with lower back pain. Just like when I'm having menstrual period but in this case the pain never goes away. It's not as painful when I'm having period but still there is pain. I also noticed that my bowel is irregular and I always have a feeling that I need to poop but I can't. The poop does not always come. Please help

You probably are suffering from IBS or Obstructive defecatory syndrome or a combination of both
