Irregular dates of periods
I usually used to get my periods around 24/25th of every month, but as I started swimming I got in on 20th April. After that there was a change in routine because I started office and I got it on 9th May. This time I got it on 10th June. What can be causing such changes? Please suggest.

Strenuous physical activity can make few changes in your cycles. Better to see a doctor
