Irregular periods and feeling sleepy

I am 20 years old and my weight is 80 kg and I have irregular periods from 5 months.Blood flow is very light and my periods come on 2-3months gap And I feel sleepy n tired all the time and sometimes body pain trouble me a lot My breast is also oversize Please tell me what should I do
