Irregular periods and pain

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I didnt had periods for 2 months last month i took deviry for 5 days till 10 july then bleeding happen on 20 july for 4 days but bleeding was very low that i use only 5 pads...now on 7 august bleeding happen for 3 4 hours but i have pain ..i had symptoms of pcos earlier , i took medicine for that last year ..please help me out
