Irregular Periods - Before 2 Years I Delivered Through C-

Before 2 years I delivered through c- section, I stopped breast feeding before 4 months. For the last month my period came 3 days earlier and the flow was very low.This month it came late after 29 days(normally 23 days).only first day there was little flow after that no flow at all.Is this a normal one or do I need to consult a doctor.
