Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hai ,i got married on march 5th and igot my periods on april 5th till now i didnot Get my period. I took pregency Test three times it was negative. My doctor suggested deviry 10mg for 5days. 6days completed after stopping the pill stil nt got periods. Please say me want is the problem
