Irregular Periods
I get irregular periods. My mum asked me to take dates. For 2 months i took dates atleast 1 week before my expected date of period. I will get it but sometimes 2-3 days late. But if i don't take dates, it becomes sometimes 1 months or more than 1 month.

Hello..
Sorry , I don’t know much relation between date & irregular periods..
However, there are many causes of irregular or delayed periods like stress, anxiety, sudden weight gain, medications, thyroid dysfunction, increased Prolactin level & most important PCOS...’
So it’s important you get some baseline investigations done like USG lower abdomen & blood for TSH , PRL & sugar ..
At the same time you need to do regular exercise & avoid weight gain..
