Irregular Periods
I have been diagonised with PCOS a long time back. But a few months back my periods were regular. But now i haven't got my period since 2 months. Please help.

Your hormonal disturbance will increase if you put on weight and indirectly results in irregular cycles. If you have gained weight in the recent past , then first thing is to loose about 5-7% of your weight. If that doesn't help you have to get on to regular cyclical pills to get periods. If you are married and trying for a baby then you may require medications to grow the eggs.
