Hello where are the common causes of irregular menstrual cycle stress anaemia and hormonal imbalances like thyroid issues and PCOS..I would suggest you to meet a gynecologist first and get examined.. Secondly we need to also evaluate you so USG scan would be required.... thank you. .......
