Asked for Female, 19 Years

I'm 19years old. Unmarried and have PCOS. Why is it important to get done the thyroid and FSH test on second day of periods after having meparte tablets?(told by a doctor). Will results vary if i get thyroid and procltain test on 4th day instead.
