Irregular periods
My sis having irregular periods for 4 months and have done usg abdomen 3 months ago and she has right adnexal simple cyst as uploaded on report and gynecologist prescribed diane 35 for two months and told us to do usg after 2 months and to visit consultant again, so on Wednesday usg abdomen is done and according to report now no cyst and having mild problem in kidney, now my question is, Is the cyst gone after taken diane 35 and 3 months ago kidney was normal and now how comes problems in kidney or the usg abdomen result came wrong.shall I do once more time usg abdomen again? Plz I need answer in detail. Thanking you

CONSULT A UROLOGIST FIRST FOR THIS STONE PROBLEM , FOR SIMPLE CYST U ARE ALREADY ON TREATMENT , SMALL STONE MIGHT NOT APPEAR IN USG MIGHT NEED MRI SO PLEASE FIRST CONSULT UROLOGIST

Size of kidney is almost same in both the scan. Stone got missed in last scan which needs treatment now. No need for repeat scan. They have already asked you for mri
