Irregular periods, trying to getconceive

We are trying to get preganant....my wife periods are some what irregular...and she is using m2 tone syrup....does m2 tone can be used while trying to conceive...does it cause harm to pregnancy? Shall we except positive result if we use M2 tone syrup ? Thanks in advance.
