I have had heavier and prolonged periods for 6 months with all tests coming back normal. Can I request a cervical biopsy? I want to be 100% sure I have nothing serious to worry about.

Get a scan done to rule out fibroid , in the uterus or a polyp .If scan is normal , a Pap smear should be sufficient rather then a biopsy
If Pap smear shows abnormal results further investigation can be carried out.
