Irreparable damage of retina

Does shining led torch for 2 hours on eye causes irreparable damage to retina please tell me I am worried about it.

Hi, There are no clear cut studies to show effect of LED light on Retina , but some do suggest damage to Retina. It also causes sleep disturbances. you may get yourself checked once.
