I am a middle class person i have to eat all types of foods to survive, but ibs decreasing my quality of life.
Is there any permanent cure for it Like Gut Transplantation?

IBS is very common these days. Our poor diet lifestyle are responsible.
Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Avoid me lk derivatives.
Plant based diet is very helpful. But it needs to be learnt i. Correct manner.
Discuss in details about your problem.
Gut transplantation will make life very bad.
