IRRITATED SCROTUM, PENIS

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I have a history of Fordyce spot in scrotum ,shaft of penis and on lips too and i was having fungal infections at groin region then after consulting online I was using this lulifen cream which helped me to reduce the infection but suddenly 3-4 days back my scrotum became irritated and inflamed skin(dry little-swollen skin). So my question is did lulifen cream had an effect on scrotum? if not please provide me a solution for irritated scrotum skin.
