I feel irritation in the throat, some dry cough and chest congestion from yesterday. Should I go for corona test..?

Greetings, Symptoms of novel coronavirus (nCoV)  is similar to general flu with some GI symptoms like diarrhea, acute loss of taste and smell.  Other impression can be respiratory tract infection.
