Hi,
I never cleaned my teeth in dental but I used to brush my teeth every day twice still I see yellowish in my teeth. I want to clean my teeth with the help of dentist. If this is done , Please advise if this cleaning should be done regularly once it is done since it exposes to atmosphere after cleaning.
Thanks in advance .

Good morning sir
There is no harm in doing scaling at once in w yrs
Scaling would only remove stains and deposits but for the yellowness of your teeth you need to go for bleaching as these are stains absorbed by tooth of turmeric and tea or coffee

Scaling should be done atleast once in a year.
Some deposits can remain on the tooth surface even after careful brushing and these deposits get hardened over a period of time which can be removed by scaling only.
Mild sensitivity after scaling is normal
It will subside by itself
Hi
General scaling should be done yearly once to maintain healthy gums . Some soft plaque at hidden areas will turn into hard calculus which can be removed only through ultrasonic. Use mouthwash regularly . Post cleaning you might have slight sensitivity and empty feel which is normal.
