Respected doctors is ct scan lead to cancer how many ct scan in a year is consider normal in 2019 I myself done ct scan of brain and 3 chest xray now I read in Google that its lead to cancer

No it wont
It unnecessarily causing anxiety in society, dose of hrct is too less to cause a cancer, until it was done repeatedly
Other risk factors are more important

Cancer risk depends upon cumulative dose of radiation. Radiation dose also depends upon which part of body is undergoing scan.
In your case it's not much.
