Is Dubagest SR 300mg safe in pregnancy?

I am 9 weeks pregnant..it is prescribed by my gynac to take DUBAGEST SR 300MG once a day but when I was going through its side effects(like breast cancer, abdominal bleeding, sleepiness or fatigue, abdominal pain and more..)it seems I should not take it ... Please suggest am I need of good gynac or is it safe in pregnancy?
