I am having fever for last 2 days with coughing ..it goes to 101 n after taking dolo  comes down to 99.5 approx..oxygen level is 88...how to get sure is it covid or normal flu fever

If Spo2 88% please do RT PCR and CT chest both together immediately. Highly likely to be COVID19.
