Is it ok to use 'dental gap bands'
Is it ok to use 'dental gap bands' to close the gap between the teeth. I have gap of around 3 MM between the teeth ( teeth near frontal teeth). If not then what would be the best treatment other than ' braces' (as it's time taking & not good looking for work professional) & other than Invisalign ( its time taking & bit costly). Please advise. I have been to many dentists but till I am not satisfied. Also, best clinic in NCR for same. Thank you.

Orthodontic treatment is best solution. Still if you need other options you can go for caps. But again it will increase your cost and for that you need good /healthy bone structure around.you can consult prosthodontist for this. But look/smile will be artificial no matter how much costly t/t you do(search the best prosthodontist to get very good results), saving/ correcting natural teeth is always better
Next Steps
I can refer you 1-2 prosthodontist in gurgaon

There are no shortcuts in good treatment. In your case Orthodontics (braces) is the only medically correct solution. Anything else would be a travesty. Since you have budget constraints and aesthetic issues, the best Orthodontic option for you is lingual braces. They are quite reasonably priced and are placed on the inner aspects of the teeth so cannot be seen from front. Please consult a good Orthodontist. Do not do anything else, you will be permanently destroying your teeth and be maimed for life.
