Asked for Female, 38 Years

I have a fever with headache & feeling of vomiting for 3days my temp was 39.8°c down to 38.1°c. On the 3rd day a rashes appeared on my back so my husband brought me to the hospital's e.r 'coz he is worried that I might have a dengue, the doctor requested urine & blood sample to examine as the result came out he said that it was because of uti??

Urinary tract infection has many symptoms but as much as I know rash is not one of them. Fever can be due to UTI. But rashes are due to a different cause. Fever with rash have a lot different diagnosis.
