I am suffering from fever and body weak ness. Sometimes vomiting also. I am taking paracetamol 500 and azithromycin..

Please Instead Take Cap wokride D 1 on empty stomach Tab ceftum 500 mg 1 Twice a day Tab riconia 1 perday All for 3 days Take very simple and light food for 3 days Take filtered water only Reconsult if needed
