Hello doctor
I took my BP in the evening, and I used to take it regularly in the evening. Sometimes I feel lightheaded. I eat food on time with a small quantity for 4 Times a day. Even after taking food my BP seems to be low and I don't. I took all my blood tests and ECG 3 months back all came normal. I have a digital BP monitor Omron is this a reliable one. How to take the reading on a digital BP monitor?
Please review my attached image on the BP reading.
Thanks in advance

Hello
Digital bp machine is not much reliable
Manual sphygmomanometer is the best
It is always advisable to visit nearby doctor and get your exact bp checked by a qualified doctor
Only adequate food doesn't alter your bp, adequate hydration also is equally important
It would be better if u send pic of ua ECG too

According to recent guidelines, normal blood pressure (BP) is defined as:
• Systolic BP (upper number) less than 120 mm Hg
• Diastolic BP (lower number) less than 80 mm Hg
Next Steps
Check with sphygmomanometer with a good physician where doctor himself/herself will check BP
