Should I go for swimming if m having stiffness in my shoulders?? , I have spondylitis but presently m having stiffness, and unable to rotate my head completely... No dizziness... Only stiffness in my shoulders and cervical

Swimming is an excellent way to strengthen your neck and back and overcome or prevent painful injury.But make sure that you know proper swimming technique.And do adequete warmup and stretching before going to swim.

No tk physiotherapy treatment and stretching exercises of neck and shoulder firstly. After neck strength exercises you can do swimming
