Is this chalazion?
This appear a little over a month ago and it's not going down, what should I do to get rid of it if it's a chalazion? Thanks in advance!

Yes it is chalazion but it appears to be infected. You May need to take antibiotics for fe days.

Yes it looks like chalazion. You can consult local ophthalmologist who will make a small cut over it and clear the contents out.
