Hello there. I can understand your concern. You need to make certain dietary changes. 1. Have a high protein diet and high fiber diet. 2. Drink lots of water. 3. Divide your meals into 5 smaller meals instead of 3 huge meals, Have frequent meals at frequent intervals. 4. Syrup. Duphalac 15 ml before bed. 5. One bowl of curd everyday after food. Consult a general surgeon in person for further help. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.

Hi there...I can understand your concern. What things have you tried? You need to improve your lifestyle. Firstly eat only home cooked food rich in fibres like green leafy vegetables, raw fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. About 4l per day. Avoid any outside food or spicy foods. If this provide you relief, then you can consult a general surgeon for further evaluation. They might start you on stool softeners like lactulose.

You need to drink 3 to 4 litres of water everyday. Eat high fibre food, no junk food and maintain regular timings for eating food. If this does not help then see a doctor.
