Issue Related to penis and masturbation
Hello Sir/Mam, My friend has been facing an issue regarding his penis . As per I'm told, whenever he jerks off/masturbates , his penis doesn't ejaculate and after some time of masturbation (when it's normal, not erected) it swells up. But nightfalls are very normal, they occur often and the sperm released in them is also in good condition. He is under no other medication and has no allergy or disease. What is this issue and how can it be resolved? Will it require medication or can be cured at home only? Is he masturbating wrongly or stopping before ejaculation? Any home remedy to cure it? Is it serious?
