There was a circular ring type something in the upper part of my thigh right to me testicles then i applied RingGuard for several days it disappeared.. but now i have irresistible itch on my testicles... it becomes red.. i applied both Ring guard as well as Itch Guard but of no use.. its been 15 days... I'm very frustrated... Please Help

Hello, sounds like a fungal infection, but confirmed diagnosis can be made only after physical examination. Over the counter medications like the ones you mentioned do no have antifungals in enough concentration to combat the infection. You will require oral and topical medications which you should take only with a Dermatologist's prescription. Don't stay frustrated and schedule an appointment with a Dermatologist soon.
