Itching and redness. Moisturizer cream!

Doctor months back I had an itching problem in my gut area, also I don't kept a good hygiene , it got itch on my scrotum and gut area, I went to a local dermatologist he said its due to sweating he prescribed me ketoconazole for 14 days , after 14 days I went it was still there partially  but he said it's gone afterwards he told me to apply mouturex lotion for 2 weeks ,.After applying it on the second day there was redness and itchiness , so I did a consultation with one more doctor online , he told me to apply hydrocortisone 1% for 7 days and ketoconazole for 2 weeks I was feeling good after 2weeks post treatment from Ketoconazole and hydrocortisonebut  lafter 2 weeks he told me to use cutimax lotion for 2 weeks, so when I applied the lotion , I could feel the burning sensation the next day i got redness and itchiness in my scrotum and gut area , I did follow up with the same doctor , so against he told me to use hydrocortisone 1% for 2weeks and gave me Aveeno oat moisturizer cream
