Itching but no rashes

Asked for Female, 24 Years

It's been 15 days almost. My skin becomes itchy suddenly and after sometime it becomes normal. it's not hives. Just itchy. I tried changing bedsheets and clothes.nothing is useful.should I take any anti-allergic medicine? Or any other way is possible to stop this?
